Xero Sync for monday.com Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Xero Sync for monday.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using the Xero Sync for monday.com app (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
- Eligibility: You must have a valid monday.com account to use Xero Sync for monday.com.
- monday.com Integration: The Service operates entirely within your monday.com environment and is subject to monday.com’s terms, privacy, and security policies.
- Permitted Use: You may use Xero Sync for monday.com solely for syncing and integrating data between monday.com and Xero as intended by the app.
2. Data and Security
- No Third-Party Data Storage: Xero Sync for monday.com does not store, process, or transmit your monday.com or Xero data on any third-party servers or services outside of monday.com’s secure infrastructure.
- OAuth Token Storage: We store your Xero OAuth token to enable secure syncing between monday.com and Xero. This token is stored exclusively using monday.com’s secure storage mechanisms and is never transmitted or stored outside the monday.com platform.
- Security: All operations are performed within monday.com’s app framework, which enforces strict security and data isolation. For more information, see the monday.com Security Overview.
- Data Ownership: All data remains the property of you and/or your organization and is managed by monday.com.
3. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All intellectual property rights in Xero Sync for monday.com remain with Boost Plugins Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission.
- User Content: Any content you create or manage using Xero Sync for monday.com remains your property and is stored within monday.com.
4. Limitation of Liability
- No Warranty: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
- Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boost Plugins Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Xero Sync for monday.com, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches, or service interruptions.
- monday.com Responsibility: All data handling and security are governed by monday.com’s policies. We are not responsible for any issues arising from monday.com’s services or infrastructure.
5. Termination
- Termination by You: You may uninstall Xero Sync for monday.com at any time via monday.com.
- Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Xero Sync for monday.com for violation of these terms or misuse of the Service.
- Data Deletion: Upon uninstalling the app, all data associated with your account, including OAuth tokens, will be deleted from our systems within 10 days.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app and on our website. Continued use of Xero Sync for monday.com after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
